Sales Conditions

📦 Initial minimum order:
15 units, freely chosen from our entire collection.

🔁 Restocking:
No minimum order. However, we recommend placing orders with sufficient quantities to optimize shipping costs.

🚚 Shipping costs:

• Spain: flat rate of €8
• European Union: flat rate of €25
• Outside the EU: quoted according to destination. We will always look for the most economical option, and if you have your own account with a shipping company, that also works!

🌍 International shipping (outside the EU):
May be subject to customs duties. All import costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation.

💻 Pricing policy:
We recommend suggested retail prices for physical stores. However, for online sales, we request that you respect the prices published on our website in order to maintain consistency with our brand image.

About our products

• All our glasses come with +2.50 magnification, ideal for quick reading. This magnification adapts comfortably to most users up to +3.50.
• Each pendant includes its exclusive necklace, designed specifically for the corresponding model.
