(hereinafter, Flippan'Look) is based, among other regulations, on the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data of natural persons (RGPD) and on Organic Law 3/2018 Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD), regulating the processing of personal data that Flippan'Look will carry out through its different channels, from the web https://flippanlook.com/ and its corresponding corporate links, or through other alternative treatment systems such as paper support.

2.- FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL YOUR DATA BE PROCESSED?

The personal data that you have provided to Flippan'Look through its different communication channels, or on the occasion of its different services, will be managed in order to process your request (purchase), attend to any other type to request information that you have formulated in relation to them or to the operation of Flippan'Look itself and, where appropriate, to send you commercial communications about Flippan'Look's own services (see, for example, subscription to the newsletter) .

Therefore, said purpose will depend on the reason for which you have provided us with your personal data in the first place. By way of example, but not limitation, we may process your data for the following purposes: 

  • Data processing of Flippan'Look clients, whose purpose is limited to the provision of services.
  • Data processing of Flippan’Look providers, for the management of their contractual relationship.

    • The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of your relationship with Flippan'Look, or for the time established by legal imperative in each case. Likewise, we inform you that your personal data will not be used by Flippan'Look for the preparation of commercial profiles. The treatment of your personal information will be carried out in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, pertinent, limited, exact and updated manner. That is why Flippan'Look undertakes to take all reasonable measures so that these are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

    Furthermore, the user guarantees that the data provided is true, exact, complete and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be caused as a result of breach of such obligation. In the event that the user provides data from third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this clause, exempting Flippan'Look from any responsibility in this regard. However, Flippan'Look may carry out verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

     

    3.-WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?

    The legal basis for the processing of your personal data lies in the management of the request that in each case you have sent to Flippan'Look, in the contractual relationship that you maintain with Flippan'Look, in your consent to participate in the purposes of treatment collected in the previous section, or in those situations in which the legitimacy for the treatment of your personal data is provided by law or a legitimate interest concurs.

     

    4.- TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

    Flippan'Look does not intend to make any assignment or transfer to third parties of the personal information that works in its treatment systems, except in those cases in which you expressly authorize it or it is required or permitted by law. In such a case, Flippan'Look undertakes, where appropriate, to previously notify all users of the identity of the transferee entity, as well as the purpose that motivates it to obtain their consent. 

    Likewise, it is reported that your personal information may be accessed by entities or persons outside Flippan'Look in those cases in which it is necessary for the provision of a professional service to Flippan'Look. In the latter case, said transfer or access of information will be carried out under the signing of a contract for the provision of services in the terms and conditions set forth in article 28 of the RGPD.

    In this regard, Flippan'Look is not expected to carry out international transfers in which your personal information is included; however, in the event that such transfers materialize, and more specifically to unsafe destinations or countries from the point of view of data protection regulations where said regulations are not the same guarantee for your rights and freedoms, such as is the regulations applicable to the European Economic Area, Flippan'Look will adopt all the technical, organizational and security measures imposed by the RGPD.

     

    5.- WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?

    You have the right to access your personal data as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which that were collected. You may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case, Flippan'Look will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. Likewise, you may oppose the processing of your data, in which case, Flippan'Look will stop processing them, unless for legitimate reasons or for reasons of defense against possible claims, you cannot access your opposition request. Likewise, you may request the portability of your data and that the processing of your data is not based on exclusively automated decisions.

    Flippan'Look reserves the right to modify this Privacy and Data Protection Policy in accordance with the regulatory changes that occur, as well as the doctrinal lines set by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. All of which will be duly modified on this website in order to inform all registered users or those interested in Flippan'Look's services and activities of the same.

    Taking into account the state of the art, the application costs, and the nature, scope, context and purpose described in point 3 of these privacy conditions, as well as the risks of probability and variable severity for the rights and freedoms of users, Flippan'Look, in compliance with the provisions of 32.1. of the RGPD, has applied appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security, which, where appropriate, includes, among others: measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of treatment systems and services, measures to restore the rapid availability and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident and the implementation of a process of verification, evaluation and regular assessment of the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the treatment. span>
