SHIPPING POLICY

At Flippan’Look, we want to share our joy — that’s why we ship worldwide. No matter where you are in the world, you are entitled to enjoy your Flippan’Look products.

All orders are shipped from Spain. If you are located outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. Please note that Flippan’Look cannot cover customs costs, as they vary by country. We strongly recommend checking these costs before completing your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

  • Spain & Portugal: Correos Express, Zeleris, CTT, SEUR
  • International: Zeleris, DHL, UPS, FedEx

Non-EU Shipments

If your order is shipped to a non-EU country, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply due to local regulations.

We ship under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). This means your order will be delivered to the destination address, but customs fees are not included.

  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes
  • This applies even if the parcel is refused
  • If sending a gift outside the EU, please inform the recipient of potential charges

Customs processing may cause delivery delays. Please monitor carrier notifications.

Place of Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, it will be:
    • Left at the nearest parcel collection point, or
    • A re-delivery will be arranged by the carrier

You may collect your parcel using your ID and tracking number during business hours.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure:

  • A complete and accurate address
  • A valid phone number

International deliveries: If the recipient is absent on the first attempt, the parcel is usually left at a collection point and the recipient will be notified.

Important Notes

  • Orders are shipped immediately unless an item is out of stock. In that case, you will be contacted and fully refunded.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 (Madrid time) will begin processing the next business day.
