SHIPPING POLICY
At Flippan'Look we want to share our joy with the world — which is why we ship everywhere! No matter where you are, you can enjoy your Flippan'Look!
All orders are shipped from Spain. If you are outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties in your country. Please note that we are unable to cover customs costs abroad, as these vary significantly from country to country. We recommend checking the applicable costs before placing your order.
We use Correos Express, Zeleris, CTT or SEUR for shipments within Spain and Portugal, and Zeleris/DHL/UPS/FedEx for international shipments.
Non-EU shipments
If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, additional charges, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply under local and/or customs regulations. We ship under the DAP Incoterm ("Delivered at Place") — meaning we deliver your package to the specified address, but we do not cover the additional costs described above.
The recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, including in cases where the package is refused. If you are sending a package to someone outside the European Union, please make sure they are aware that additional charges may apply for which they will be responsible.
Please also be aware that delivery may be delayed due to customs processing. We ask that you remain attentive to notifications from the shipping carrier.
In the event that the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes in the destination country and the package is returned to Flippan'Look, all costs incurred as a result — including return shipping, storage and any customs charges applied — will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If such costs exceed the order amount, no refund will be made.
Delivery address
The order will be delivered to the address provided. If no one is available to receive or sign for the delivery, the package will be left at the nearest collection point or the recipient will be contacted to arrange a new delivery attempt.
Collection points are located close to the delivery address. You can collect your package with your ID and/or tracking number during business hours. The carrier will notify you of the failed delivery and advise on how to collect your package. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide us with as detailed an address as possible and a contact phone number.
For international orders: if the recipient is unavailable on the first delivery attempt, the package will in most cases be left at a local collection point, with the recipient notified accordingly.
