Refund policy

In the event that the client detects a manufacturing defect or preparation error in the shipment (and only in these cases) Flippan'Look S.L. You can authorize the return postage paid by email, attaching a copy of said authorization document to the shipment.

Once the material is received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made.
