RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased products for any reason, they have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product without providing any explanation.

The customer may return the purchased product provided that:

  • The product has not been misused or abused.
  • The product is complete (items that form a single unit must be returned together).
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with original tags, together with the corresponding return form.

Once the returned product has been received, examined, and approved, Flippan’Look will refund the product price within fifteen (15) days.

How to Request a Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at informacion@flippanlook.com. We will contact you to manage the return process.

You may choose between two return methods:

Option 1: Carrier Collection Arranged by Flippan’Look

We will arrange for our carrier to collect the parcel as soon as possible. You must confirm the pickup address and time slot to avoid additional charges.

We will send you a return label, which must be attached to the package.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs:

  • €7 – Mainland Spain
  • €10 – Balearic Islands

*This option is only available in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Option 2: Return Sent by the Customer

You may send the package back using the carrier of your choice. Once the merchandise has been received and checked, the full order amount will be refunded.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered shipping service to avoid loss or misunderstandings.

Product Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not available.

If you wish to receive an accessory in a different color, you must return the original item and place a new order through the Flippan’Look website.

Returns of Gifted Products

To return a product received as a gift, the customer must contact the person who made the purchase and ask them to follow the standard return procedure.

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Flippan’Look will not issue any refund until the returned product has been received and its condition verified at our warehouse.

Once approved, the customer will receive the refund within fifteen (15) days from the date the returned product is received by Flippan’Look.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Shipping Costs

  • Mainland Spain: €7
  • Balearic Islands: €10
  • Rest of the world: Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer
