If the Customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, they have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving any explanation. The Customer may return the purchased product, provided that:
1 The product has not been abused.
2 The product is complete (two elements that form the same unit must be returned together).
3 Products must be returned in their original packaging and labels along with the relevant Return Note.
Flippan'Look will reimburse the Customer after examination and evaluation of the price of the product within fifteen (15) days after receiving the return of the product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email to email@example.com and we will contact you so that a carrier can pick it up as soon as possible. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Currently, products cannot be exchanged. To obtain an accessory in another color, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Flippan'Look Website.
To return a product that has been received as a gift, the Customer must contact the person who gave the gift and ask them to follow the procedure for making the return. The refund will be made to the original form of payment.

Flippan'Look will not make any refund until you receive the product and verify its conditions in the warehouse; Once the conditions of the product have been verified, the Customer will receive a refund with the amount fifteen (15) days after receipt of the product that is the reason for the refund at Flippan'Look. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
