RETURNS
If the Customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, they have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without having to give any Explanation. The Customer may return the purchased product, provided that:
1 The product has not been damaged.
2 The product is complete (two elements that form the same unit must be returned together).
3 Products must be returned in their original packaging and labels along with the relevant Return Note. Flippan'Look will reimburse the Customer, after examination and evaluation, the price of the product (less shipping costs) within fifteen (15) days after receiving the return of the product.
Returns :
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email to informacion@flippanlook.com and we will contact you so that a carrier can pick it up as soon as possible. The Client will be responsible for printing the transport labels for the package, provided via email by FLIPPAN'LOOK. The Client will be responsible for preparing the product, duly protected for its transport. The carrier may reject the package if it is not properly packed.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Changing products:
Currently, products cannot be changed. To obtain an accessory in a different color or model, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Flippan'Look Website.
Gift Returns:
To return a product that has been received as a gift, the Customer must contact the person who gave the gift and ask them to follow the procedure for making the return. The refund will be made to the original form of payment.
Information about refunds:
The refund will be made to the original form of payment. Flippan'Look will not make any refund until you receive the product and verify its conditions in the warehouse; Once the conditions of the product have been verified, the Client will receive a refund with the amount within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product that is the reason for the refund at Flippan'Look. The shipping costs of the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Spain (Peninsula): €4.5
Spain (Balearic Islands): €7.5
Spain (Canary Islands , Ceuta and Melilla): €15
Rest of the world: the customer must send the product to be returned at their own expense to the address provided by our team. Once the package has been received and checked, the total refund of the product to be returned will be made within fifteen (15) working days from receipt at our offices.
