The Pompoms are made with glass beads of different colors. They are all handmade in India and are all unique pieces.

All pieces are different, so they may vary slightly from the photographs. We are very careful that the product sent is as similar as possible to the photo, but being handcrafted it is difficult to guarantee it.

The carabiners are made of enamelled aluminum, and the cords/threads are made of cotton and metallic cotton .

If you are allergic to any metal, please let us know, because although all the metals we use are nickel-free, following European regulations, there are skins that are more sensitive than others, so it is possible which may cause irritation.

Are pompoms hypoallergenic?

In general yes, the metals we use for our chains meet all quality standards. Spanish regulations are very strict in this regard, so none of our components contain toxic materials.

However, we understand that there are people who are more sensitive than others, so if any component causes an allergic reaction, contact us and we will find a solution.

Do you prepare orders as gifts?

Yes! We always prepare your orders with great care, but you can also include in the delivery notes that we prepare it for you with even more care.

Can I enter a shipping address other than that of billing?

Of course! When checking out, you can choose a shipping address other than the billing address, for example, if you want to surprise a loved one.
