Shipping Policy

At Flippan’Look, we want to share our joy with everyone, which is why we ship worldwide! No matter where you’re reaching out from, you deserve to enjoy your Flippan’Look!

General Information

  • All orders are shipped from Spain.
  • If you’re outside the European Union, you may need to pay customs fees in your country. Please note that Flippan’Look cannot cover customs charges as they vary by country. We recommend checking these costs before completing your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

  • Spain and Portugal: Correos Express or Seur.
  • International: Zeleris, DHL, or UPS.

Customs Information for Non-EU Shipments

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may incur additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees due to local laws.
  • Shipments are made under the Incoterm DAP (“Delivered at Place”). This means we deliver the package to your destination but do not cover additional costs mentioned above.
  • The recipient of the package is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, even if the package is refused. If you’re sending a package to someone outside the EU, ensure they are aware of potential additional charges.

Delays due to customs issues are possible. Please monitor notifications from shipping agencies.

Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the specified address.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, it may be delivered to the nearest parcel collection point, or the recipient will be contacted to arrange a new delivery.
  • For effective delivery, please provide a detailed address and a contact phone number.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

  • €4.50: Correos Express for orders under €30 (delivery time: 2-5 business days).
  • Free Shipping: Correos Express for orders over €30.01 (delivery time: 2-5 business days).

Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

  • €10: Correos (delivery time: 7-10 business days).

Portugal

  • €5: Standard international shipping (delivery time: 4-7 business days).

Europe

Within the EU

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €250 (delivery time: 2-5 business days).
  • €10: Shipping fee (delivery time: 2-5 business days).

Outside the EU

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €300 (delivery time: 2-5 business days).
  • €15: Shipping fee (delivery time: 2-5 business days).

United Kingdom (UK)

  • €30: Shipping fee (delivery time: 4-10 business days).
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €300 (delivery time: 4-10 business days).

United States, Mexico, and Canada

  • €30: Shipping fee (delivery time: 5-10 business days, depending on destination).
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €250 (delivery time: 5-10 business days).

Latin America (Excluding Mexico and Brazil)

  • €35: Shipping fee (delivery time: 5-10 business days, depending on destination).

Rest of the World

  • €40: Shipping fee (delivery time: 5-10 business days, depending on destination).

Important Notes

  1. Customs Charges: Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Flippan’Look does not cover these charges.
  2. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Madrid time) will start processing the next business day.
  3. Specific shipping carrier requests can be added in the "notes" section of your order.
  4. In the event of stock shortages, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
  5. Deliveries to conflict zones may experience disruptions.
